HELIOTHERM CERTIFIED
QUALITY MANAGEMENT

The recent certification according to standard ISO 9001:2008 confirms the European innovative heat pump manufacturer's quality management in Tyrol, Austria.

 



As part of the certification audit, the practical application and effective quality management system was tested and evaluated at Heliotherm, according to ISO 9001:2008 criteria, which complies and guarantees the highest level of performance quality and work efficiency. The main principles are: strong customer focus, process-and solution oriented decision making and continuous improvement measures.



 

The independent, external certification authority - ALL-CERT found that Heliotherm meets all demands problem free and exemplary. The certification is valid for three years and the included annual audits ensure that the quality management system is maintained and continuously improved. Heliotherm CEO Andreas Bangheri quotes: "Of course we did not need this, since procedure, Heliotherm has always strived working according to highest quality standards. However, it was important to openly confirm this high standard from an objective independent point."
